Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
- All preloved items and Little Eyes Co. sale items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. You are responsible for reading the condition of preloved items provided in the product descriptions.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges.
- When items are received by us, they will be refunded in full minus the original shipping cost.
To initiate a return:

- Once your return has been approved, you will be instructed to mail the item back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your package.
- The choice of shipping method for returns is up to the customer. Little Eyes is not responsible for lost items due to using an untracked shipping method for your return or any other reason. If we do not receive your item, you will not be refunded.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (postal code T2Z4V5) when deciding on your return shipping method.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
PRODUCT DEFECTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PARCEL REFUSAL:
We will NOT refund orders that are refused at the post office. It is your responsibility to retrieve your purchased goods within the timeframe specified by the shipping agent after they attempt to deliver to you.
If your package is returned to us without authorization and you would like it re-shipped to you, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost. Your order will be held for 30 days once received by us, if the shipping cost is not paid within this timframe, you will no longer have any claim to ownership of these items.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at littleeyesco@gmail.com.
